Hamilton, NY — Colgate University will honor two of the best teams in the school’s 113-year gridiron history Saturday at halftime of the game between the Raiders and Columbia at Andy Kerr Stadium.
The 1977 squad was the first in school history to win 10 games in a season, finishing 10-1, and was the ECAC Division I Team of the Year, while the 1997 squad won the school’s first Patriot League championship and represented the Raiders in the NCAA Division I-AA playoffs.
