We have many avenues for feedback at Colgate Dining, and a guest favorite is Chatback. Our guests can text us anonymously with a comment or question, and we reply within minutes. Here are some of Resident District Manager Pat Reynard’s highlights from April.
April 1
Q: Can you offer fish fry at Donovan’s Pub?
A: Yes, fish fry is now available as a special every Friday night at Donovan’s Pub.
April 11
Q: I have a suggestion to make the Coop better — offer frozen yogurt.
A: Thank you for the suggestion. Due to space constraints, we cannot add a machine to the Coop. However, we currently offer chocolate and vanilla frozen yogurt at Frank Dining Hall.

Q: Loving the options at the vegan station. Thank you for the support!
A: Thank you for the feedback. We are always looking at ways to better serve our guests, so please send us your comments and suggestions so we can incorporate them into the menu.
