Q: What do I do if I have special a dietary need on campus?

A: We have a full-time dietitian who meets with students who have special dietary needs or who require guidance on eating a specific way on campus. To make an appointment, contact Deirdre Smith at 315-228-6410. We also offer an allergen-free station at Frank Dining Hall, as well as vegetarian and vegan options in each dining facility.

Q: Hi! I just wanted to say that the potato and kale soup you served right before spring break was AMAZING!

A: Thanks for the comment, we love hearing from students on what they are enjoying in Frank. If there is a specific menu item you want to see featured, just let us know.

Q: Please lower the music or stop playing it. I can’t do work in here anymore or relax.

A: Thank you for the comment. We added a new music system during spring break, and based on feedback we heard from students, we have made the green room a quiet space for students who want a place to study in Frank.
