My name is Patrick Raynard and I am the Resident District Manager for Colgate Dining.  I oversee dining services on campus and enjoy hearing from our guests. We have many avenues for feedback, and a guest favorite is Chatback. Our guests can text us anonymously with a comment or question, and we reply within minutes. I wanted to share with you some highlights from February.

Q: Can the New Stir Fry on Rooted (Vegan and Vegetarian Station) go away?

A: Thanks for the feedback; we did hear this from a few students. We have changed up the Rooted station. We will now offer stir-fry three times per week and the other days offer vegan entrees and sides from the fall semester.

Q: Frank killing it again. The variety in the mac & cheese. The stuffed peppers. The creamy caper chicken with fresh lemons…why are you so good to me?

Q: Happy Sunday! Any chance there’s dairy free chocolate and vanilla ice cream on the horizon?

A: Yes! Dairy-free ice cream is available by request. Please ask the manager on duty or our G8 staff member.
