Colgate professor Joan Mandle testifies about corruption in New York state

Colgate professor Joan Mandle testified this week in front of an anti-corruption commission created by New York state Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

The Moreland Commission focuses on campaign finance reform and outside income of state elected officials.

Mandle, executive director of Democracy Matters and associate professor of sociology emerita, testified in front of the commission about young people and how they engage with the political process.
